Srijan Industrial Hub presents an upcoming project on Barrackpore Trunk Road in Kolkata, spanning over 9.54 acres of land. This self-sustained hub for goods distribution has a construction area of 1 lakh sq ft and is conveniently located approximately 1.7 km from Khardah Railway Station. The project offers a G+3 and G+4 structure with a multilevel warehouse concept, providing spacious and well-designed spaces for various needs.
The warehouse boasts a height of 10 ft with minimal beams and columns. The ground floor has a height of 16 ft, while the upper floors have a height of 11 ft. The warehouse positions a large loading and unloading platform 4 ft above the ground floor. Additionally, it features 12 goods carrying lifts capable of transporting goods weighing 2.5 tonnes each. Additionally, 12 passenger-carrying lifts with a capacity of 15 persons are provided for convenience.
Safety and security are ensured with features such as 24/7 clean water supply, proper drainage and sewage facilities, and fire fighting equipment. The warehouse also includes telecom facilities and restrooms for the convenience of the workforce.
The price structure for the warehouses varies based on the floor level. The ground floor priced at Rs. 4000 per sq ft, the 1st floor at Rs. 3200 per sq ft, and the upper floors at Rs. 3000 per sq ft.
Various showrooms and units are available, including commercial units and storage units, with different sizes and configurations to suit diverse requirements.
